Since I'm stumped after all the manipulations I dropped the car at my inde to test drive and maybe their trained ears can define the problem. Since switching the rotors didn't change anything I looking at all possibilities.

How about the rear wheel bearings? When one goes South, it can screech and thump and whine and scrape. Most of the time the sound will change while negotiating bends in the road.
