The edge can be used but it’s more of a gas oil used for 229.5 spec, later cars. This is supposedly what is also approved for diesels but I prefer to use an actual diesel oil either Rotella t6 or Mobil has a 15w40 synthetic that would probably be good too. I use Sinopec 15w40 synthetic.
