Years ago back in the early 90’s even before I owned my first car a 79 240d, I could have sworn I saw a 123 in a parking lot once that had a pull start knob like the 115. At that time I only had experience with my grandmothers 115. I have never seen another one and have never ran across anybody that has seen or heard of this. I figured I must have remember it wrong. That is until today when some dude posted a photo on fakebook looking for a part. After much back and forth he posted this video which basically confirms what I saw way back years ago.
