And many of the infrastructure projects people enjoy today that make up our 
National Parks wouldn’t exist, either. Trails, roads, overlooks, etc., many of 
which were built by the WPA.

Youngest son volunteered with a program called “ACE” 
(https://www.usaconservation.org) that provides (free) labor to the National 
Parks in some states to maintain and rebuild many of these resources, mainly 
trails. He talked about how they saw a lot of markers and related graffiti left 
by WPA workers on the projects they worked on. He thought it was pretty cool.
