With the market influx of what may end up being UBI, I suspect it with be gone 
shortly. The prices of a lot of things have started to go up, some quite sharp 
increases in price are noted in lumber, for instance. If you have a need or 
burning desire for something, and the price is right, do not hesitate to make 
the purchase. New cars and trucks are in short supply, pushing the asking price 
of used cars and trucks up.
