With our rental back on the market we have been flooded with people from the 
west coast wanting to lease it. Even had offers to pay several hundred above 
what we have it listed for. I figure with covid many companies have now moved 
to remote and these people can still keep their jobs and move anywhere where 
the cost of living is much cheaper. Sooner or later it’s going to go way up 
here too because of this. That with all the money being printed is going to 
lead high prices for everything.
