Go to the hardware store and buy a cheap scraper or putty knife and take a dremel grinder/cutting wheel or file to it to make it fit right. Or an old kitchen knife with the tip broken off and edge filed down so you don't cut yourself. It only needs to be about a half inch wide with the slot in the middle.
