1994 was the first full production year for Ford 7.3 using a computer
controlled injection system. Prior years used mechanical injection pump and
injectors.
It is very typical with the early electronic injectors to have failure due
to the wiring that runs to the injectors, under the valve covers. Heat, oil
and age degrade the wire loom and injector function.
Expect to have to replace all the injector harness..
