Dan,  I do have access to a friend's AC evacuator and the sensors are less than 
$50.   If it wasn't too complicated I would attempt myself.  I have had no luck 
with Youtube.  The AC refrigerant pressure switch looks like it might be easily 
accessible under the car near the condenser.  The generic videos I saw on 
replacing the Evaporator Sensor Switch range from removing a few screws to 
removing the entire dash.Thanks!

If it’s the pressure switch you would need to evacuate the system, replace the 
switch, pull a vacuum and charge. Do you have the tools necessary to do these 
things? If not, leave it to your mechanic.

AC work isn’t rocket science, but you have to have the proper tools to do it. 
It’s not something you can swag.
