What a spec on this one. This was well before any E55 was even announced for the US-market, so if you wanted a V8 E-Class in late-1996 and early-1997, this was it. A major factor on this one is obviously the Viola Metallic paint, and given how many of these were silver/tan/grey/black/white, this one is a breath of fresh air. I know not everyone can do purple cars, but I am all for it. Add in just over 57,000 miles, and this one looks like a winner to me. The Buy It Now price tag of $9,000 seems reasonable given how the market has been, but makes me think twice considering I’ve purchased two E55s for less than that. Still, I think this is an awesome buy and priced reasonable, so it wouldn’t surprise me if it sells fairly soon, if not already sold.
