Here's one where code enforcer thought a guy's LR tire looked low (he claims flat, but in his own pic you can see it's clearly not flat) and writes a $4500 fixit ticket.
Homeowner replaces all four tires, repaints the truck, and enforcer keeps trying to collect the $4500...the guy presiding over the appeal hearing was not amused...
