Mine has been doing this since I stored the car for the winter.  I took it
out of storage in March.  It has about 1/4 inch of play.

The 2.5 is a SWEET motor.

Hi John!
    Hope you're doing well.  Do you know how long your tensioner has had the
play you mention in it?  Since I just bought my 300 in Feb I'm not sure if
mine has been like this for 12 weeks or 12 months.
