I had heard secondhand that Progressive was one of the companies that would 
entice you with low rates but drop you like a hot potato if you had any claims. 
But this article makes it seem like maybe that's not true.

I don't have any direct experience with Progressive. I use State Farm. I have 
tried cheaper insurance through a broker and it was a nighmare.
