Don't forget the landscaping crew you need to keep on retainer to come every week to keep a polish on the yard. Otherwise, the grass police will be on you like white on rice, and the neighbors will call them. But, that is the price for living large. House and grounds look very nice. Taxes should only run you around $16,000 a year [guessing]
