Realtor spec but doesn’t look too bad. He’s lowballing it himself. Figure maybe $1000-1200 to sort it out per his description of the problems but could be a bit more. I would go $3500 after scanning it to figure out the issues. I corresponded with him a coupla weeks ago, was not clear if the car would actually move due to trans issue, he was a bit vague on that aspect.
