Sounds like yet another way that people have found to use the system as an attack vector, with impunity. (Similar to one "he touched me" taking out a teacher. No corroboration, no trial, no hearing. Seen it happen. It's Evil, no hormonal child should have that kind of unbridled power.)
So, if some asshat decides he doesn't like you, and wants to cost you money and time all he has to do is outbid any auction you have.
