I have similar concerns for the service door on my garage at the Flagstaff house. It’s a wooden frame service door, which, with minimal effort but a lot of noise, could be breached.
This summer I plan on installing a steel frame/door. Not cheap, but if properly installed is far more secure and a significant impediment to a burglar. No doubt overkill, as we have little to no crime, and the house and garage are both well covered with both cameras and lighting. However, the existing door is pretty shabby to the point where it wouldn’t take much effort to force it open, even with the current frame and deadbolt. -D > On Mar 1, 2022, at 12:39 PM, Randy Bennell via Mercedes > <mercedes@okiebenz.com> wrote: > > How solid is your door?
