It's funny how shortages tend to be regional. Did anybody else see a shortage of gravy mix 2 years ago? Our grocery stores limited to 2 packets. I finally took the time to learn how to make it myself. I'd never learned to properly use cornstarch, always made lumps. It's one of those things, once you know its easy.
