I had one put a box in my car once. Said they'd "Delivered to the front door" I called UPS "He hasn't."
The lady says "Oh yes, you just go look at your front door and you'll find the package." "Lady, there's four feet of snow covering the path to my front door, you couldn't open that door with a crowbar." We argued for awhile until I gave up. I found the package the next morning on my way to work. She'd already applied for a refund, after searching her garage, porch, everywhere the package that was 'delivered to garage' could possibly be hiding. I'm guessing it was Fedex Ground that did that.
