Gerry - I have been on eBay for years, with very few problems [286 feedback with 100$ positive]. Many sellers use the cheapest [and slowest] shipping available, and it can take some time, especially with the delays of packing and shipping schedules for some. Some folks only ship once a week, but they should let you know that. Check the seller's feedback first [I don't buy anything from sellers with very low or negative feedback unless it is really cheap] and that should give you some idea if others have had problems. This being Tues I make the assumption the 48 hours started over the weekend. If this is one of the thousands of businesses on eBay they often only count business days.
