Damn, how did the human race ever survive without AC in our cars?

I agree, though there is a _vast_ difference in driving a car that was
designed for no AC and one that was not and has broken (or never
installed) AC.  With wing windows and good flow-through vents it's
not so bad driving older cars in the heat.  That 60 Falcon and the
'75 Chevy pickup are driveable in the heat, neither is from the
always-has-AC era.
