The boat is just the beginning. Once you have the boat, you either need a boathouse to keep it in or a storage building at home to keep it in on the trailer. Storing it on the trailer is likely not recommended for a wooden boat as they need to soak up a bit of water or they will leak. You also need a tow vehicle and the name of a boat builder/restorer to call upon whenever it appears to need TLC.

There was a fairly decent boat for sale of a similar vintage out at our lake last summer. It was a Lyman so the hull was painted white but it had the mahogany front deck and side trim, dog house, etc. I could have had it for around $10K but I do not have a boat house to keep it in or I might have been tempted.

Interestingly enough, it had lived its whole life in our bay within sight of our dock. It belonged originally to  some folks who had a big triple stall boathouse with living quarters above. Those are not allowed these days but grandfathered ones still exist. The boat along with the property was inherited by their son. Unfortunately, he died a couple of years ago at about age 80. The boat was acquired by some folks in town who used it a bit but are now seeking to sell it. They aren't getting any younger either. They would be in their early to mid 70's.

The boathouse was falling into disrepair and was torn down too. A sad state of affairs.
