Can’t say I have ever seen or heard of that happening. It’s usually a money 
making deal for them. They basically have the tow truck driver labor, car 
brings a few hundred to a few thousand at “auction” and it’s nearly all profit. 
 Maybe it’s different there but if so, that would be crazy.
