At age 15, riding along when my Dad test-drove the Granada that ended up replacing our Park Lane, I thought the damned thing was broken, it was so noisy in comparison.
Worst. Trade. Ever. Smaller, worse-built, noisier, slower, with a stumble off the line, and nearly the same (poor) gas mileage. One would expect a 302 to be slightly thriftier than a 390, but such was not the case.
