I’m thinking this is an old dead guy’s car. It’s probably a project that has been sitting for some time and the widder is finally parting with it. Or maybe it was a driver, ran when parked? A “barn find.” Could be interesting. The new pics she added show it is in fairly decent condition (best I can tell) and looks complete.
