As I was getting ready to head out of town I fired up sds to prepare to see if there were any codes. I decided to double check the fuse(s) and discovered there are actually multiple fuses per seat. Long story short after spending all day messing with it yesterday fuse 14 in the box under the seat was missing. Has been the whole time I owned the car. Seat works perfectly now.
