I just went into their online portal to update the characteristics of 
the rental house we just had the new roof put on.  All I did was update 
roof age from 18 years to 0 years.  You would think with a new roof, 
premium would go down.  Nope, raised it by over $300 a year.  WTF?  I 
guess I will leave that alone.
