hmmm. In Texas I knew them as ice cream/cookie sandwiches. Those were better than something with frosting.

Not bad. Probably could have got it cheaper. She just bought it a couple
of weeks ago to move some things and sold it when she was done. She passed
along the bill of sale from when she bought it and she paid $2k. She made
$500 off me.

Been on the lookout for a cargo trailer for the wife to use for her
whoopies. Something like a 5x8 or 10. Several turn up on Fakebook but
sellers never respond, or the trailers are beat to hell, cost too much, or
are already sold. Usually by the time they show up for me in a Fakebook
search they are days old. One happens to show you this morning about 30
miles from my house. It’s a 6x10. I message seller and finally after an
hour or so she responds. I head down and buy it for $2500. Seemed like a
good deal to me compared to what else I have been finding. When I get there
it is much more heavy duty that most I have seen. It’s fully steel with
steel floor, sides etc. It has a 7500lb axle where most are 3500 with
wooden sides. It has some clearance lights on top that need to be replaced
and the harness needs to be redone. It looks like it has brakes but it is
currently wired on a 4 flat so the brakes are not hooked up. The plan is to
put some chest freezers in there for now. Given this is fully steel I might
be able to insulate it and convert to a reefer if I can find a freezer
unit.
