Reminds me of my BMW X3 I had; the sunroof was glued shut. Looked at ebay prices and they were 750-1500. I ended up getting a replacement from a pick-in-pull yard on a 50% off day. I think I only paid 60-70 dollars for the whole thing. Had to ask for help to get it out of the car and to load it into the van. The best thing about the one I got was it was a replacement, so it was fairly new. Yes it was a workout and hot a hell that day, but in the end was well worth effort, to me at least.
