There is no upper pan gasket, just a small (1/16") bead of RTV sealant. 
 If it doesn't leak, leave it alone unless you need to take the pan off 
for some other reason.

Tranny seal if it drips a bit is easy now, check bushings in shifter 
levers, engine shocks since they have to come out anyway, front seal on 
crank if it leaks any (else leave it alone).

Nothing else comes to mind -- not much goes wrong that isn't either 
easy to fix or requires major engine disassembly.
