A second look at the pictures shows what on USA registered aircraft is called the "N Number" , I take notice that the registration number is not USA, so that complicates putting the aircraft back in USA registration, especially if the log books are not up to exacting standards that are accepted by USA FAA. That exercise would add a significant cost to making it a flyable aircraft.
