Now you've got ME crying, I made an order yesterday...

Actually, on second look I'd probably have only saved $5-6. I'd have bought
more stuff though.
So maybe its a good thing, I spent like $150 anyway...

Maybe a good excuse to get broadband?
For a long time I shared a cablemodem connection with the guy in the
apartment next to mine, we ran a wire right through the wall. He had a router
with a firewall so the cable company had no idea.
Finally he moved out and I couldn't live without it (especially when working
from home) so I ponyed up.

I hate Microshaft also, and only use it at work. I use WordPerfect at
home
and it's 10 times beter than Micro$#*t. I guess I'm gonna have to
download
Open Office at home just for Rusty's specials...... That'll suck 89MB
on a
28.8Kb dial up connection.....

In cold weather, a diesel makes so little heat at idle that it can take
15 minutes for the engine to reach 40-60 deg. C. and it may never make
80 when temps approach zero (F). Engine wear under those conditions is
TERRIBLE with conventional oil (much less a problem with synthetics)
fuel consumption poor and emissions high. In some municipalities it is
against the law to idle a diesel for more than 5 minutes. Extended
idling DOES result in injector coking although as long as you have a
good long highway drive following 10-15 minutes of idling, it's usually
burned away pretty promptly.
