I tried doing the online order, the throw it in the trunk thing with a couple jugs of Mobil 1. Place the order, no problem. We’ll email you when they’re ready. Get an email: "We don’t have enough product to fill your oder, so we’re cancelling it.” OK, whatever.
About an hour later, I get an email: “Your order is available for pickup. When you arrive, use our app and let us know you’re here and we’ll bring your order out.” Uh, OK. So I drive over a few hours later. Grudgingly, I download their app. Using the app, it says I have an order ready to pick up and click the button to let us know you’re here. I click the button. BZZZZZT! “You have no orders in the system." Oy. I tried to flag down two different employees after they had loaded someone up, and they both ghosted me. I go into the store, back to the oil aisle, and lo and behold, there are FIVE jugs of the Mobil1 0W-40 that I had tried to order. I picked them up and checked out. Oh, and I deleted their app off my phone, too.
