Depends on how badly the last installer hacked the head unit in. Ideally they'll have gotten a harness that plugs into the MB wiring in which case you just disconnect it and put your unit in.
Much more likely they've chopped the harness in which case your best bet is to go to the knackers and chop that piece out of a junker. They're probably the same for 123s and likely 201/124 also.
