Just ran up to the local store and picked up $18 (count = 6) worth of inch
thick Iowa Chops. The pigs were killed and cut up 30 miles south of where I
live. Chops are now in the freezer and will keep my bottled water cold on
the drive south tomorrow.
Please have Regina save grill space for same. Figure 8" circumference x 6.
Also bringing a locally-produced spice blend. Really good on Iowa chops.
