Being an engineer, with an engineering mind, wonders why there is not a rail spur to the plant that makes the "Totally green hydrogen" and load it directly into rail cars, which are then pulled as a hydrogen fuel trail to a spur where empty fuel cars are decoupled and full fuel cars are coupled with fuel line connection made and train is back in service without delays... But, that would require the use of logic, instead of government funding, I suppose..
