I didn't really think so but wasn't sure. I went out just now to try to start the car. It cranked maybe one cylinder stroke then stopped. Turning the key to the start position again did nothing. Turned the key off, then on and start and it started. Starter sounded strong, not like a weak battery, though I've had weak batteries act funny before. I checked the voltage with the car not running, and it was 12.3 which seems OK. Other thoughts that occurred to me, bad neutral gear position switch, or bad starter switch in the dash? Would either of these set a code that might show up if I run a scan?
