So much hype, so much nothing. It sprinkled here a little bit Saturday morning. I went down to work on one of the grooming machines and for a brief minute thought we were going to get rained out. I haven't talked to anybody up north yet but news reports suggest basically nothing happened.
Yesterday was glorious, one of those early fall days with the temp perfect and a bit of wind. We scouted a pond I've been trying to hunt but have never been able due to low water. Saw 14 wood ducks in the air at once.
