You have to replace the whole panel regulator assembly and rivet everything back in place when the wire breaks off the cheap plastic winder on the lift motor and winds itself into a rats nest. .Clearly not made for repair although it is possible by taking the whole thing apart by drilling rivets including speaker, sensors, lock mechanism on back, lift motor, crash sensor, and other stuff in there. Total POS design and build. Pro tip: put a long socket on your drill bit to keep from drilling through the rivets and smashing the glass.
