Looking at the small section of the background above the wall behind the car, it looks like pretty strong cloud cover, which reduces available ambient lighting, thus, more than fancy azz iphone 14 can filter and adjust for to give sharp focus.. [owns a fancy azz iphone 14 pro max and have taken some janky pics in low light conditions because of this, so presuming it's a "shared issue"]
