My first thought is to buy it and mount it on a stand [enclose the engine bay and make a canopy for it]... then use it as a wind sock on a private airport. The canopy could be aluminium, just paint it white. Hang a prop in the nose hooked to a wind generator and a battery bank to run runway lights with an on/off switch on radio frequency, so you could land at night.
