I was just cleaning up when my wife came out to tell me that the sink was leaking. It seems that whenever the garbage disposal started filling with water it'd leak out. I've repaired this disposal twice before. I no more put my hand on the disposal this time when it came crashing down... Crap. It seems that the lip of the disposal has in many places corroded totally way. In 2 weeks we're moving into our house so I just need to limp it along. Theres also some unused drain port off to one side that had broken off, I'd glued it back on with JB weld but that'd pulled off. So off to the hardware store because I'd just used up my entire stock of shoe-goo. I used some superglue to glue a piece of plastic around the inside of the missing lip then used JB Weld's new putty stuff to build a new lip and reattach the port thing. Once the putty sets up I'll run a line of caulk around the lip and hope it glues up good. Then leave a pot under it. -Curt --------------------------------- How low will we go? Check out Yahoo!
