Sure.  BUt not that simply.  If you have a spare furnace and/or know what
you're doing it can be done with varying degrees of success and or work
prior/during it's use.

Personally I'm in the same situation, but I don't know enough about my
furnace that I feel comfortable with it and everything I've read says that
adding as little as 10% vegoil is likely to cause you some issues before too
long.  And the wife would kill me if we didn't have heat.  (:

Now if you know about jetting, air pumps, soot cleaning, gaskets, filters,
heated nozzles and what not on your furnace, you can probably set up a
pretty good running system...
