Didn't have a lot of time this morning, but I did get the left parking brake adjusted and the caliper reinstalled. I reused the old (heated) brake pads because they actually didn't look too bad and they were significantly better than the ones from the parts car. I also got the right side parking brake shoes removed, greased the parking brake mechanism on that side, and got the replacement shoes installed. The old return spring was fatigued and about ready to break, so I used the one from the parts car.
