Hi mine runs smoothly at 700 RMP .but the idle goes up slightly the moment the A/T is engaged or the steering turned! the vacuum speed stabilizer is very accurate to track the load and ups the idle.

At TDC  this  engine didn't respond nicely  with a borderline retard
