3/4~=19mm 7/8~=22mm  

Actually to be correct

3/4=19.05mm
7/8=22.225mm

However this is well with-in tolerance of most wrenches.

My 78 240D primer pump used a 3/4" or 7/8" wrench to R&R - that's one of my 
few SAE wrenches but it comes in handy very often -
