You are missing the new shut-off valve that you are about to replace. It just hasn't gotten so bad that you can't shutt off the engine, but trust me (been there, done that) is is just around the corner.

When I was digging for the a/c leak (yes Kaleb, it was the evap. coil) I noticed an oily area at the driver foot well vent. The oil trailed down from the ignition switch. Normally oil in this vac. line indicates a busted fuel shut off element, but the engine shuts off normal.
