Radius arm and bushings run parallelish to the ladder of the frame and provide
location of the axle the direction of the length of the truck. They are not
a steering component like an idler arm/pitman arm.

On a Ford, the radius arm bushing is easy to replace. Actually, not too hard
on an XJ either. Leaf sprung front axles don't have these, as the leaf
provides that location.
