He put a hood star the size of a steering wheel on it because he was tired of 
morons
stealing his hood stars. When I first saw it, I thought it WAS a steering 
wheel. 
Other than that visual deformity, it seems to be a good cheap 2.2 5sp. OTOH,
$3000 BIN isn't cheap.
