The only problem I ever had was with an old Astro that belonged to a friend. I had to drive it 400 miles in intermittent rain to pick his family up at the end of a bike ride. Every time I hit the turn signal or the wipers, the cruise control would disengage, due to a bad wire or connection inside the stalk assembly. Never a moment's trouble with my old Mopars or my parents' GM cars. You just have to know which part of the stalk does which function when turn signal, hi/low beam, wiper, washer, and CC are all on the same stalk. Mitch.
